ABOUT THE BLOG

Why am I writing this?

Having a brain that is... different is HARD and super isolating. I want to write this blog to make others in my shoes feel less alone. Although I am in no way a phycological professional, I do have firsthand experience in recovery from mental illness. So, this is a space where I can share tips and tricks I've learnt along the way to make life with an interesting brain a little easier.
